CLASSES: 45-90 MINUTES
 
HOT HATHA: A systemic practice of 26 held postures and two breathing exercises. Practicing at least 3 times a week will build strength, range of motion, stamina, balance, flexibility, and clarity of mind. (95-103 degrees)

HOT POWER VINYASA: A steady moderate flow that links breath with movement. Some experience with Sun Salutations is recommended. Regular practice will build strength, stamina, balance, flexibility, and clarity of mind. (90-95 degrees )

YOGA STRENGTH: Strong, dynamic fusion of Yoga and strength moves. Regular practice will strengthen core and improve balance and flexibility. (80-90 degrees)

HOT POWER: A dynamic class that builds strength, stamina and flexibility. Some experience with Sun Salutations is recommended. Regular practice will build strength, stamina, balance, flexibility, and clarity of mind. (80-90 degrees)

WARM FLOW: A slow paced, gentle practice in a warm room. This class is ideal for those recovering from injury or seeking a more meditative and calming practice. (80-85 degrees)

STRENGTHEN & LENGTHEN: Non-Yoga practice; incorporating basic exercises to build foundational strength. Perfect for all levels. (80-85 degrees)

YogaFaith: An amazing Christ-centered Yoga practice; come enter into a place of peace and relaxation as we dwell in His presence. FREE class to all, donations warmly accepted. Check our schedule for available time. (80-85 degrees)


YIN:Yin yoga is designed to help prepare the body for meditation, mostly sitting or lying postures for promoting growth, clearing energetic blockages, and enhancing circulation. Focus is on stretching connective tissue instead of muscle. (80-85 degrees)

PILATES:Suitable for all levels, Pilates is a blend of strength and flexibility training, using gravity and body position to work the muscles. Regular practice will build core strength, improve posture, reduce stress and create long, lean muscles. Practiced in a warm room, Pilates is the perfect complement to yoga. (80-85 degrees)
